Job Description

You will work in partnership with our people to further develop and embed CSR and I&D into our business.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, implement and manage CSR and I&D related nationwide and regional (Hong Kong and Southern China) activities and programmes by working with other functions, CSR committees and I&D council
  • Work closely with both Internal and External Communications teams to promote CSR initiatives and achievements
  • Write articles and updates for the KPMG website, the CSR intranet portal, CSR Newsletter, internal TV channel and various social media platforms
  • Assist in managing the KPMG Foundation, review letters of inquiry and provide recommendations for funding
  • Draft budgets for CSR and the Foundation and monitor cash inflow and outflow
  • Provide CSR related staff training and orientation
  • Support overall CSR strategic planning and employee and alumni involvement programme
  • Carry out due diligence work with existing and potential NGO partners in Hong Kong and Southern China
  • Travel to other regions in China to lead the national volunteer activities such as teaching missions

Experience

  • A degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ working experience and strong passion to develop a career in CSR and I&D. Candidate with less experience may be considered for the role of CSR Assistant Manager
  • Solid experience in event organisation, project and budget management
  • Excellent numeracy skills with attention to details ( knowledge in accounting / forecasting methods would be preferable )
  • Good commend of Excel to assist with the annual carbon audit project and other data collection exercise
  • Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin )
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player and comfortable working with people from all walks of life
  • Be passionate about and aware of global, national and local issues
