Job Duties:

• Support the business team to achieve profitable business growth in Commercial and Personal lines businesses and other business targets
• Deliver quality underwriting and customer services to the designed Agents and Brokers
• Ensure daily works to comply with the company's underwriting guidelines and legal & compliance measures
• Participate in underwriting, product promotion, product development and insurtech platform development
• Responsible for ad-hoc tasks & projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in business administration or insurance related disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in GI underwriting or business development with minimum 1 years' experience at supervisor level
• Good knowledge of GI underwriting and local intermediary distribution channel
• Qualified IIQE paper 1,2 or ACII or Senior Associate of ANZII or other related professional insurance qualifications is preferred
• Team player with great initiative, positive and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
