Responsibilities:

• Be a key contributor of the team to support on the product proposition for ILAS to drive business
• Be a key resource to drive/deliver ILAS product and investment option initiatives to ensure timely launch
• Be a key contact point to liaise with the regulatory bodies (e.g. Securities and Futures Commission, Insurance Authority) to secure smooth regulatory approvals for ILAS related projects.
• Work closely with distributions and external / internal parties to improve / maintain the investment option platforms that appropriately consider and reflect customer needs
• Prepare documentation needed to support all kind of product / investment option platform initiatives
• Manage market intelligence analysis to gain insight and provide good management information for decisions

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience on the development of ILAS and/or investment option initiative is a must
• Good business acumen and marketing sense
• A good team player and a good project leader
• Be able to work and make decision independently
• Innovative, with good presentation skills and attentive to details
• Interest in performing research and be able to synopsize management information
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese typing is an advantage
