The MSc in Finance Program targets students pursuing a career in the finance industry or the finance function of major corporations. This program merges the MSc in Investment Management and MSc in Financial Analysis Programs, which were offered separately for over 20 years. Students of the full-time programs are primarily fresh graduates coming from abroad whereas students of the part-time programs are primarily working executives from Asia including the Greater China region.
The MSc in Finance Program is seeking a high caliber individual to support the program. The appointee will be involved in all aspects of the program’s administration. Duties include supporting the Academic Director in course planning and class scheduling; coordinating with teaching faculty on course delivery; liaising with external and internal parties for classroom booking, and providing administrative, on-site and off-site support to instructors. He/She will also handle students’ matters; maintain good relations with various partners and stakeholders (e.g. professional bodies and alumni); support the marketing and admission process of the program, and perform daily office work and other related duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in program administration and/or in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have a problem-solving mindset; an outgoing personality; the ability to work both independently and in a team; attention to details, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. He/She should have good interpersonal and communication skills, and possess good presentation and co-ordination skills. The appointee should also have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Working outside normal office hours, including weekends/public holidays or evenings, will be occasionally required.(Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
