With 200 bedrooms and a 90 seat restaurant; with street frontage along a busy Wellington street, Ibis Wellington is looking for a natural leader with passion for exceptional customer service.

This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager. You will thrive in a busy environment and will love taking on hotel responsibility in absence of the management team.
This is a great step for an experienced Team Leader to take on a leadership position and gain further development and exposure to greater hotel operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused.
- Ensure Accor’s guest loyalty and recognition program is maintained and delivered to it’s highest standards.
- Motivate and empower team members to problem solve and surprise our guests with novelty.
- Ability to oversee the hotel operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager & General Manager
Work Experience
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Successful candidates will be offered varying days each week
- Previous Front Office experience at supervisory level is essential
- Leadership capability
- Current GM Certificate or able to obtain
- NZ citizen, permanent resident or hold a current and valid work visa/permit.
