Job responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for full spectrum of IT procurement activities and ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures
• Responsible for set up procurement procedures, database and SOP according to company polices, setup database and manage two junior staff to provide professional supply services
• Monitoring the day to day operation such as RFx preparation, Contract negotiation, follow up corporate legal comments, and etc.
• Perform risk assessments regarding to supplier, contract, and other requirements
• Compile purchase order and maintain good record trail of transactions
• Assist in ac-hoc procurement related projects and report analysis to the senior manager
• Track team performance and report to the senior manager on timely basis

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in purchasing / logistic, supply chain management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in purchase of equipment, software and services
• Experience in contract preparation, supplier management and sourcing
• Good command of written & spoken English and mandarin. Cantonese is preferred but not a must
• Flexible, dynamic, strong minded and detail-oriented
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
• Experience in collaborate with various division to deliver
• Be able to work under presume and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS office, Excel (i.e. Pivot table, VLOOKUP)
• Experience in SharePoint, a plus
• Experience in MNC, a plus
