Job Description

The Job

  • Assist in managing the development and implementation cycle of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) from project planning, workflow study, vendor evaluation and sourcing, system requirements' collection and analysis, vendor management, data migration, UAT testing, user training, system maintenance & etc.
  • Manage independently the system enhancement and development of small scaled HR project(s)
  • Assist in facilitating meetings with different taskforce work groups to establish and meet project milestones
  • Assist in managing system vendors, highlight and update management team on different milestones and issues arisen during the process
  • Contribute actively to various system enhancement/ development initiatives from both technical and user perspectives to cope with changing business rules from internal stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and coaching to related team members on on-going system maintenance
  • Develop effective tools for HR analytics and management reporting to meet business needs
  • Identify possible streamlining opportunities on workflow by automation and perform an advisory role to team members and user departments on the relevant execution and implementation

The Person

  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, with a proven record & achievements in launching and implementing sizeable HR ERP applications, for example SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft & etc.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of HR initiatives and business acumen, and with excellent project management skill
  • Strong analytic mindset with a view to providing solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
