Job Description
Job Role:
- Handle enquiries from customers of Direct Channel and AXA agents for General Insurance Commercial business
- Underwrite new business and renewal cases for various general insurance products under predefined authority
- Work closely with the whole team to monitor and achieve business and service targets
- Assist manager in exploring new business opportunities and defining channel strategy
- Facilitate our business partners understanding our underwriting appetites and capabilities
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and business partners by providing good quality of services and deliverables
- Identify the problems in both underwriting and sales operation with proposed solutions. Assist manager in transforming sales operation process in order to achieve efficiency gain
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as senior officer
Job Requirement:
- Min 5 years relevant working experience, preferable in general insurance industry
- University degree and/or holders of ACII/ANZIIF qualifications or equivalent would be an advantage
- IIQE paper I & II
- Customer service experience would be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, customer oriented
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Mature, patient, with good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- A good team player with positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
