Job Description

Job Role:

  • Handle enquiries from customers of Direct Channel and AXA agents for General Insurance Commercial business
  • Underwrite new business and renewal cases for various general insurance products under predefined authority
  • Work closely with the whole team to monitor and achieve business and service targets
  • Assist manager in exploring new business opportunities and defining channel strategy
  • Facilitate our business partners understanding our underwriting appetites and capabilities
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and business partners by providing good quality of services and deliverables
  • Identify the problems in both underwriting and sales operation with proposed solutions. Assist manager in transforming sales operation process in order to achieve efficiency gain
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as senior officer

Job Requirement:

  • Min 5 years relevant working experience, preferable in general insurance industry
  • University degree and/or holders of ACII/ANZIIF qualifications or equivalent would be an advantage
  • IIQE paper I & II
  • Customer service experience would be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, customer oriented
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Mature, patient, with good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • A good team player with positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
