Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is to
Manage the fixture program for both Own retail & Franchisee (nation wide) store fixture program roll-out, design project management, planning blocks management.
Ensure all global concept guidelines are followed to build a consistent store image.
Collaborate with cross functional team from fixture program POV to maintain a high-quality store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fixture program management
Work with Fixture program manager & aGlobal team on new store format launch; documentation prepare and fixture specs collect (includes lighting fixtures/ floorings/ LOGO/store fixtures). Ensure great brand experience in store for both own retail & franchisee store.
Track the fixture design process of localized fixtures for key stores, manage w/ roll-out managers on material confirmation and prototype approval to meet quality and cost KPIs for different store format.
Local supplier’s years KPIs review and management w/ design managers and team head. Organize fixture design training for all internal & external team who’s related to store opening process.
Assist Fixture program manager on material sourcing; provide the sample boards to the team, sample room management for new formats.
Design planning blocks management
Assist Fixture program manager to work with aGlobal on planning blocks (AutoCad Revit) develop and maintenance.
Arrange the local agencies training; blocks delivery and testing results follow up.
Assist Fixture program manager on fixture set list develop with Global for small formats, follow up with the team on training and store testing to roll-out.
Yearly software management for entire design team, AutoCAD, PSC, Revit, etc.
Involved the opening process w/ whole team SD, understand the opening process for all OR & franchisee stores, ensure the store development process is effective and efficient, be involved on improve the opening process for opening.
Manage and tracking the store opening process for all format stores, weekly update flash report to team head. Call-out the projects delayed & chase the progress for the stores. Work closely with design team on single category stores and initial program development, timeline tracking for opening.
Provide monthly budget review and tracking T&E result, yearly cost planning and control for team, photographer management for key store photos. CR & GR process check and chase on key projects.
Manage material sample room and well maintain the samples for design team.
Manage design studio room in terms of the devices and daily use for whole SD team.
Key Relationships:
Internal: Global E&S, HQ Store Design & Development team, Purchasing team, Visual Merchandising, China Retail team, Regional Real Estate, Retail Marketing team, Global retail environment, APAC team.
External: Franchisee, Design Agency, General Contractors, Fixture Management Consultant, Logo/Lighting vendors, Global and local design agency, fixture manufactory.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Over 3 year retail design and project management experience.
College degree or above.
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
Good Oral and written English and Mandarin.
