A new opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager, Finance (Management Reporting) to join our Headquarter in Hong Kong. This person will be a key player of the Finance team, with a primary focus to prepare the management accounts of hotel management companies, manage the finance system and improve all aspects of financial and management reporting process.

As an Assistant Manager, Finance (Management Reporting), we will rely on you to:

• Lead the preparation of management accounts of hotel management companies
• Lead the preparation of financial information report templates
• Drive improvement in the use of the finance system
• Lead the preparation of budget and forecast for hotel management companies
• Perform various qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Lead the development and implementation of automation of finance System
• Perform Ah-hoc assignments
  

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Information System or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in management reporting
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Highly analytical with strong proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of SUN Accounting system is highly preferred
• Experience in automation of Financial system process is an advantage
• Experience in Hyperion consolidation software is preferable
• A team player demonstrating a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
