Job Description

· Deliver professional customer service to Agents and Brokers

· Assess the insurance applications in line with the company's underwriting guidelines

· Drive service excellent to Agents and brokers & facilitate the achievement of business objectives

· Handle enquiries (phone and email) from Agents and brokers and achieve the SLA

· Handle and resolve any complaints raised from Agents and brokers

· Responsible for overall service quality delivery and team performance achievement in enquiry team;

· Provide operational support to team and business partners

· Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

· Higher diploma or above

· Minimum 5 years of experience in related roles (Experienced in all lines of business is a plus)

· Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English

· Obtained IIQE paper 1,2 or ACII or Senior Associate of ANZII is preferred
