Purpose of your role
This role is responsible for client servicing for Taiwan Wholesale business. The jobholder has to work closely with Taiwan Wholesale Sales team, Global Distribution Operations team and other teams to perform client-servicing and middle-office operational tasks.
As the Taiwan Distribution Services team is also responsible for some regional
tasks, the jobholder needs to work closely with the Distribution Services teams in
Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore as well.

Key Responsibilities
 Perform client servicing activities locally including handling of in-bound calls and email inquiries from clients
 Liaising with clients for NIGOs (Not-in-good-orders) instructions
 Perform middle-office operational tasks such as account opening documents pre-view and dealing order checking Assist with all operational problem and issue resolution
 Draft and update operational procedures
 Prepare management reports
 Support system enhancements and testing
 Prepare fund onboarding template for distributors
 Handle fund information related inquiries
 Prepare client reports
 Participate in projects and initiatives as directed
