Job Description

Responsibilities:

System Solution Delivery for Health Claims solution

  • Analyze and understand business requirements
  • Provide the system solution options and estimates
  • Deliver the application solution according the agreed specifications
  • Prepare documentation according to the deliverables at various stage of projects
  • Prepare and review system development deliverables in project development and implementation phases
  • Perform unit and system integration testing for quality assurance
  • Plan and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Participate in implementation roll-out
  • Provide extensive technical and consultative production support to business users on various system modules
  • Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement after implementation

Project Management

  • Able to manage the project delivery in agile manner
  • Assist in project planning
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation to development tasks
  • Monitor progress to ensure the project is on track in terms of quality, delivery milestone & cost.

Leadership

  • Demonstrate leadership behavior while working with other AXA colleagues in CTO as well as business departments
  • Coach product vendor in the system development and support of the Health Claims solution

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Information Technology
  • Hands on experience with ASP.NET MVC 5 or above, .NET framework 4.6 or above
  • Hands on web UI development with jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
  • Hands on experience Entity framework, LINQ
  • Database skills on MSSQL and MongoDB
  • Knowledge on ReactJS for SPA is a plus
  • Knowledge on Azure App service, SQL service is a plus
  • Visual Studio
  • Deep understanding of the delivery methodologies of Agile and SDLC
  • Experience in medium to large-scale projects and manage teams in multi-locations
  • Application knowledge in insurance, banking and finance systems
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
