Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyse & understand the customer through research, interviews and regular feedbacks
  • Leading the creation of new products, and in charge of its design and functionalities
  • Work with business owners to prioritize the products and define the overall product roadmap
  • Define the project schedules, manages team activities, and determines team values and priorities
  • Understanding key business drivers, taking a holistic view of business needs & gathering business requirements, identifying opportunities and evaluating them to implement effective and efficient business solutions
  • Participate as a product owner in agile ceremonies, being the voice of business
  • Managing the technology team interface & liasing with the technology teams to clarity of requirements
  • Ensure timely implementation and quality delivery of products and functionalities
  • Manage user acceptance testing, support implementation and go-live issue resolution
  • Ensure key delivery issues / risks are identified and establish proper mitigation / actions
  • Communication and training needs analysis, providing content and context for user guides and other training materials, delivering to the end users
  • Collaborate to provide project management methodology by measuring against success metrics and incorporate lessons learned
  • Capturing and sharing insights and learning to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in business analysis & 2 years of digital transformation projects as a product owner
  • Tech savvy, with quick learning and adapting to changes easily
  • Previous working experience with UX/UI designers which developing new products, preferably an E2E customer journey
  • Ability to face clients and business stakeholders to advocate our product to customers
  • Optimistic, open to constant learning, resilient and persistent
  • Ability to coach, mentor and guide junior team members
  • Good communication skills to be able to interact with all levels of business
  • Good problem solver with a positive mindset, able to navigate through uncertainty during development phase
  • Solid knowledge of Agile development, especially Scrum or Kanban
  • Previous experience on Scrum master would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
