Job Description
Division: Sales Channel Development
Location: Beijing
- Offer creative ideas to optimize the whole process of dealer financial data management to ensure reliable database for network financial analysis and risk management.
- Perform the analytical review and substantive review on dealer financial data.
- Key information sharing & effective communication with internal & external stakeholders.
- Bonus policy interpretation, bonus data on time ready in system.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer creative ideas to optimize the whole process of dealer financial data management to ensure reliable database for network financial analysis and risk management.
1. Communicate/collect the suggestions from dealers.
2. Record the value points to contribute the process optimization topics.
3. Interview dealers on the new process change to make further improvement.
- Perform the analytical review and substantive review on dealer financial data.
1. Conduct monthly offsite analytical review and substantive review, compliance check, abnormal trend check, data reconciliation check and data threshold check of whole network dealer data.
2. Review & check supporting documents from dealers.
3. Implement dealers' appeal process.
4. Support business functions on requirements.
- Key information sharing & effective communication with internal & external stakeholders.
1. In time coaching & information sharing to young dealers.
2. Bi-monthly classroom training to young dealers & new financial managers.
3. Communicate final financial data check result with dealers.
4. Guideline update according to needs.
- Bonus policy interpretation, bonus data on time ready in system.
1. Policy interpretation & confirmation with business departments.
2. Raw data preparation & consolidation.
3. Bonus result check and open topics follow up.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in Finance or Economics
- International working experience are seen as advantageous to ensure a smooth adaptation in international surroundings
- Big 4 experience is preferred.
- Exposure to automotive industry, especially to dealership accounting & finance process.
- Project management experience & leadership skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills & strong analytical skills.
- English and Mandarin needs to be spoken and written fluently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under great pressure & quick learner.
- Super excel expert.
- At least 5 year working experience in accounting and finance related field.
- At least 2 years working experience in project management.
- At least 2 years leadership experience in team management and development.
