Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Data collects / extraction from G400 system with insightful analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare report and/or analysis by technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present it in ways to help management, businesses, and organizations make better decisions
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
  • Provide operation production support and process review to support business initiatives
  • Support new product/project implementation from operation team perspective
  • Review documents from IT and/or BA team (Business Requirement Specification etc.) to ensure operations need being catered.
  • Develop / Assist to develop automation tools for operation.

Requirements:

  • Over 6 years of experience in insurance/Financial service industry.
  • Strong in business analysis and system analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Degree qualified in business and IT
  • Knowledge in UIpath, SQL, Sounds in PowerPoint, word & Excel VBA etc.
  • Operation management or related would be apricated
  • Lean, Six sigma knowledge is plus.
