Job Description

Driving AXA's culture transformation

  • Provide support on strategising and implementing the agreed culture initiatives
  • Design and maintain the internal video platform as one of the major communication channels;
  • Design and implement internal employee awards to recognise demonstration of desirable behaviour;
  • Provide creative solutions and demonstrate understanding of organisational behaviour to drive the desired culture across the entire organisation;
  • Act as AXA's culture ambassador and positively influence other employees' on the importance of having the right organisation culture;
  • Develop relationships with leaders and employees across the organisation to facilitate and promote a culture that attracts and retains diverse talent;
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives;
  • Support on managing budget and expenses allocated;
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by management in order to meet organisational and business requirements, including and not limited to people development related events and functions

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably from disciplines related to Human Resources / Psychology / Marketing and Communications
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained within MNCs with exposure in financial industry
  • High level of creativity in originating new and exciting ideas
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about driving cultural transformation
  • Strong project management skills (including stakeholder management, communication management, vendor management and implementation)
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua is a plus
  • Well-versed in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Facilitation experience is preferred
  • Proactive learner and able to recognize issues or opportunities and recommend whether action is needed
  • Able to build relationship with stakeholders and internal clients
  • Strong adaptability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Demonstrate flexibility to leverage diverse resource for ideas and thoughts
