We are now seeking an Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join our Human Resources team based in Hong Kong.
As a Assistant Manager, Compensation& Benefits, we will rely on you to:
- Support full spectrum of compensation & benefits administration, including salary review cycles and global mobility management
- Assist in preparing salary proposals for new hires and salary benchmarking reports
- Support in compensation & benefits survey data collection, data validation and report generation for different regions
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for compensation & benefits matters
- Coordinating annual HR budget
- Supporting ad-hoc HR/ compensation & benefits projects and initiatives as required
We are looking for someone who has:
- University degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, or other related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience from consulting or corporate human resources function
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written / oral) and presentation skills
- Good project management skills
- Detail-minded with good project management skills
- Candidates with less/ more years of experience may be considered as an Senior Officer/ Manager
