Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of the Group's designated properties
  • Ensure the day to day cleaning meets the specification and supervise contractors to improve cleaning and pest control standards.
  • To inspect individual floor and public areas etc. after being cleaned by contractor to ensure quality standards is maintained.
  • Manage the contractors from end to end including service and price.
  • Reviewing work schedules when necessary.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education level
  • Over 5 years’ sound experience in serving industry preferably in hotel operation and with management experience
  • Independent with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese Word Processing is essential
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
