Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of the Group's designated properties
- Ensure the day to day cleaning meets the specification and supervise contractors to improve cleaning and pest control standards.
- To inspect individual floor and public areas etc. after being cleaned by contractor to ensure quality standards is maintained.
- Manage the contractors from end to end including service and price.
- Reviewing work schedules when necessary.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Tertiary education level
- Over 5 years’ sound experience in serving industry preferably in hotel operation and with management experience
- Independent with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese Word Processing is essential
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
