Job Description
In this role, you will:
This role will support core corporate actuarial tasks in below key areas:
- Support HSBC economic capital standard implementation covering project planning, methodoly and assumption setting, and model development.
- Support actuarial valuatiom model development and on-going management according to HSBC standard.
- Support IFRS 17 standard implmentation including methodology and assumptio formulaton, impact analysis, model design and implementation.-Support ad-hoc actuarial analysis and reporting
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- FSA or close to fellow, with at least 6 years actuarial experience.
- Flexible in work experience requirement for candidate with Doctor Degree in finance, actuarial and economics.
- On-hands actuarial experience in financial reporting and actuarial modelling, in depth knowledge on C-ROSS and economic capital is a plus.
- Strong modeling skills is a pre-condition, able to solve challenging technical problems
- Strong analytical skills with proved experience.
