Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is responsible for support the Fulfilment Solutions Manager and other area managers in monitoring the daily operation of order fulfilment and overseas activities with various parties including the internal teams, suppliers, markets, freight forwarders, and the agency for customs clearance. Monitoring the demand & Inventory, ensuring optimal levels of concept hardware at any given time and the call off order can be fulfilled on time in APAC markets. Being the global service point to provide the 1st level of solutions and supports to markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage orders offered via an online portal (RSP) in task “Resolve”

Monitor and control vendor invoice and sales invoices to subsidiaries

Support team lead in identifying new talent & manage on boarding

Contribute to improve of existing processes and their conduct with the team leader

Consult set up of new processes e.g. with launch of new concepts

Implement & integrate of global processes & tools on a market level

Training on export document requirement

Ensure an in-time fulfilment of deliveries

Handles claim management and monitor reverse logistics between markets and DCs

Reconcile and control the balance of accounts, especially during year end procedure

Sales order processing in SAP-AFS (inventory control system)

Coordination with warehouse stock control in term of packing of goods

Support with stock depletion at our DCS

Support with facing in/facing out process for replacement articles

Other duties as requested by the manager

Training on RSP system- Assists customers how to use the tools/online RSP system, as well as the explanation of the RSP process flow

Health and Safety issues follow up; for eg. arrange the delivery of fix kit to all the APAC stores for market vendors

Data Analysis and Reporting (Daily order tracker, inventory, outstanding payment, PO creation report, Key project priority list)

RSP data maintenance

Global helpdesk 1st level

Organized Vendors and Markets meeting

System and process updates testing

Rollout consulting 1st level


Key Relationships:

o DCs, vendors, other teams within CE, forwarder, taxes & accounting


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

o Advanced skills in MS office

o English: fluent written & oral

o Additional language is an advantage

o SAP

o Strong communication skills

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with numbers orientation


Required Education and Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:

o University degree at bachelors level

o 3-5 years’ experience in an international logistic & fulfilment area, preferably in the Retail sector

o Experience in all customer service rel. aspects

o Excellent organisation and communication skills

o Reliable & though in dealing with numbers

o Team oriented and open minded
