Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for frontline recruitment and selection functions including job fair participation, job advertisement posting, interview arrangement
  • Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
  • Assist to develop recruitment plan in accordance with business needs
  • Maintain data in Human Resources Management System (i.e. attendance & leave) and filing system
  • Prepare and update HR management reports in timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines 
  • At least 2 year of HR recruiting experience, preferably in retail or F&B industry
  • Basic understanding in employment ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, independent and supportive
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Immediate available is preferred
