Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for frontline recruitment and selection functions including job fair participation, job advertisement posting, interview arrangement
- Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
- Assist to develop recruitment plan in accordance with business needs
- Maintain data in Human Resources Management System (i.e. attendance & leave) and filing system
- Prepare and update HR management reports in timely and accurate manner
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 2 year of HR recruiting experience, preferably in retail or F&B industry
- Basic understanding in employment ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, independent and supportive
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Immediate available is preferred
