Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services to line mangers, support with all round HR matters including but not limited to drive and execute employee cycle processes such as on/off-boarding, mobility, HR advisory, performance review as well as year-end process: talent management and succession planning, compensation review and communications
• Drive HR Strategies and Change Management
• Formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures to sustain the growth of the company
• Participate in special projects and assignments when required

 Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 8 years’ relevant HR experience with sizable businesses in relation to a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in F&B or retail industries
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• With PRC experience will be an advantage
