Responsibilities:

• Responsible for human resources functions including but not limited to HR operations, recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefit and employee relations 
• Formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures to sustain the growth of the company
• Develop and facilitate effective sourcing strategies - mapping talent pipelines through various platforms including social media and external networks
• Build a strong relationship with internal & external and to understand their needs
• Handle staff issues and cases including but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions and interact with the statutory bodies in relation to staff issues to ensure legal compliance
• Provide advice to line managers on employee performance, morale, disciplinary and grievance issues
• Participate in special projects and assignments when required

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 8 years’ relevant HR experience with sizable businesses in relation to a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in F&B or retail industries
• Strong experience in policy formulation and revision
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Independent and good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• With PRC experience will be an advantage
