Job Description
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of talent acquisition functions
  • To work closely with Business Partners to fulfil recruitment needs
  • To lead the annual recruitment activities for university graduates and etc
  • To prepare recruitment analysis and reports for the management
Requirements :
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' solid experience in talent acquisition functions, preferably with multinational companies
  • Hands-on experience in using HR Systems (PeopleSoft etc)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Well-organized and good working attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to handle multi-tasks under tight deadline
