- Responsible for handling full spectrum of talent acquisition functions
- To work closely with Business Partners to fulfil recruitment needs
- To lead the annual recruitment activities for university graduates and etc
- To prepare recruitment analysis and reports for the management
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years' solid experience in talent acquisition functions, preferably with multinational companies
- Hands-on experience in using HR Systems (PeopleSoft etc)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Well-organized and good working attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to handle multi-tasks under tight deadline
