Position Title : Assistant HR Operation Manager
Grade : Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Routine jobs:
- Supervise monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurately delivery.
- Handle attendance and leave management through HRIS.
- Monthly and yearly declaration for individual income taxes.
- Support to prepare survey questionnaire and collect market reports.
- Work with vendor to handle monthly social welfare to ensure the accuracy of employee benefit information in HRIS.
- Work with vendor to handle supplemental commercial insurance issue.
- Liaise with benefits vendor on related issues and deeply follow to make all go smoothly and on time.
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports and make them updated timely and accuracy.
- Responsible to deal with labor audit and case application for work-related injury.
- Collect and summarize the latest labor law and regulations to design or improve existing policy or process instantly.
- Initiate to optimize internal working process and setup working manual for control.
- Maintain and optimize C&B modules in HRIS to improve working efficiency
- Support line manager for other assignment when required
Projects:
Support to implement the related compensation projects, including but not limited to new bonus scheme, allowance upgrade.
Support to prepare and launch benefits projects, including but not limited to health checkup, supplemental medical insurance, festival benefits.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant HR working experience
- 5+ Years of C&B experiences at least
- With high team spirit and personal efficiency
- Detail-oriented, patient, good interpersonal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, can manage work time efficiently. - Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and execution skill - Be result-driven, and good team player
- Good English skill both written and oral
