Technician Career Path (TCP):
As project Lead of TCP, run the program in PDCA way, incl. TCP development plan, TCP certification/qualification process and test materials design by leveraging expertise on shop floor, TCP deployment, regular review and optimization.
I-tech program:
1. As the plant I-tech responsible person, responsible for the plant Itech recruiting and development, incl. making recruiting plans based on the plant's strategic talents needs, candidate's selection process, development design with business depts. , development deployment & Review etc.
Performance Mgt:
1. Conduct performance mgt. cycle in the plant, incl. goal setting, mid-year review and year-end review;
2. Build the culture of ""building common goals"" within the organization and build the performance mgt. capability of managers
Teams @ MDLZ owner in Org. Pillar:
As the process owner of Teams @ MDLZ, conduct Building Great Teams Survey to the key teams in ESZ Plant, and drive the team to take actions to improve team effectiveness;
Capability Building of the whole plant as E&T(Education & Training) Pillar Lead:
1. Build the capability of E&T pillar members and make sure they are all qualified, and provide support and coaching to them in the daily SWP deployment;
2. Based on plant strategy , CBN, IL6S progression goals, make the E&T pillar master plan;
3. Lead all the E&T pillar members to deploy all the the key standard work processes (Qualification, Training Plan, OPL Internal Trainer, Training room) to the whole organization in PDCA way, including planning, deployment, conduct ighealth check, RCA for Gap, and taking actions.
4. Responsible for the capability building of the whole plant, incl. analyzing needs from various channels, like line loss analysis, , building capability for them through various projects and SWP.
5. Yearly Training plan for the plant, incl. for white collars and blue collars;
6. Work as the E&T pillar responsible person for all kinds of IL6S audit and coaching;
7. Give & Get with other pillars as E&T pillar lead;
8. Work as internal coach, participate in regular Gemba walk organized by other pillars and coach Small Groups on shop floor on AM, QM , and PM progression.
Others:
1. Tasks assigned by HRM-ESZP & Project and leadership pillar lead.
任职要求:
1.Bachelor and above degree, prefrred in HR or related majors;
2. At least 5 years' experience in HR, and among which at least 2 years' expericen in learning & devepment;
3. HR experince in manufacturing site is a must, and multinational company background is preferred;
4. Good command of both oral and written English;
5. Strong learing agility & multi-task capability;
6.Good communicaiton ,faciliation and presentation skills;
7.Multi-task skills and ability to work under presures;
