POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate within and across team / functions, offer total HR solutions for own retail stores.
- Provide Sourcing solutions for Own Store Talent national wise, make sure in time and quality recruitment
a) Hire store staffs who can match company’s job requirements in a limited time
b) Build effective sourcing channels for retail store staff(I.e. We-chat, University, sports community, Internal Referral channels etc.)
c) Maintain store candidates sourcing database and weekly report
d) Build store hiring manager interview capabilities
e) Promote employer brand.
- Provide Talent Learning and Development solutions for Own Store Talent national wise
a) Cooperate in promoting new regional training framework.
b) Track the processes and achievements of training.
c) Performance review and PIP tracking.
d) Store Employee Engagement.
- Provide Total rewarding solutions for Own Store staff, especially store management level
a) Benchmarking to the market
b) Optimize own store incentive system
c) Optimize own store benefits and retaining system
d) Connect total rewarding system with talent acquisition and retaining program
- Integrate own store staff into HR system (WORKDAY) and drive HR Process for own store
a) Step 1 – start from own store leaders, Step 2 – all the own store staff
b) Seamless connection with C&B for own store staff employment (i.e. staff transfer in/out etc.)
c) Seamless connection with C&B for payroll administration (i.e. base, allowance, commission, incentive)
- HR Business Partner
a) Work with key stakeholders on retail workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment and training development
b) Well manage employee relations
- Other HR work assigned by line manager
- Periodic store visit
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Retail HR working background and skills know-how
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and local regulations
- Proactive and strong communication skills
- Strong implementation and execution capability
- Proficient in English (both oral and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft office software (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Analytical and data management skills
- The ability to adapt to changes
DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- Around 5-7 Years working experience in Retail HR
- Multinational company background will be preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above
