Principal Accountabilities：

1、Study and understand company’s products, technology advantages, production and quality process and formulate sales tactics including presentation kits, demonstration products etc.

2、Facilitate the growth of the business to reach the sales target in packaging area, both by generating new business opportunities and by enhancing existing client relationships.

3、Identify new potential business opportunities in Asia, design and implement strategic plan for business development & achieving sales budget in line with regional & corporate objectives

4、Managing the forecast, monitoring the forecast accuracy; providing deep dive analysis, facilitating resolution and action plans for the issues

5、Having a clear understanding regarding export / import procedures, Logistic process & terms and Requirement of the destination market.

Requirements：

1、At least 3 years pharma packaging sales experience
