• Take charge of Hanoi and the north market

• Lead the sales team in Hanoi

• Assist the DOSM in overall sales performance

• Ensure Sales target

• Experience in similar position preferably in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.

• Proven sales achievement in previous properties

• Knowledge, experience, accounts in Hanoi and the north market

• The ability to lead and motivate a team with proven supervisory experience over a sales team

• Excellent in Vietnamese; Good command in English
