Assistant Deposit Product Manager / Officer (Job ID: 2465)

Responsibilities

• To assist in implementing business plans for CASA deposit by launching marketing campaigns, products and services to maintain the competitiveness of the Bank’s business and growth in deposit portfolio and revenue
• To assist to formulate and execute CASA balance growth, strategy and prepare budget related to deposit business to align with the goals of Personal Banking Division
• To track and analyze the business, financial and portfolio performance and trend of CASA deposit for portfolio, business and income growth
• To launch CASA deposit new products and marketing programmes to achieve business target
• To streamline process and optimize workflow to enhance operational efficiency
• To keep track of market developments and provide regular updates on CASA deposit competitor offers

Requirements

• University Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline;
• 3 years’ experience in banking sector ideally in retail banking products
• Organized, independent and effective team player with good working attitude
• Good knowledge in retail banking products and good business sense
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deposit Product Officer
