Assistant Customer Services Officer / Customer Services Representative - Call Centre, Hotline Support (Job ID: 2526)
Responsibilities
- To be a team member of Channel & Transaction Management Department
- To provide counter services to customers
- To handle daily financial transactions and customers' enquiries
- To identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products/ services
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year experience in financial industry, preferably in retail banking
- Pleasant with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Shift duty is required
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, able to speak Putonghua an advantage
- Passed HKSI Paper 1,7, 8 or equivalent and IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) is preferred
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Representative)
