Job Description
- Handle the customer service activities covering the bookings (including E-commerce), bill of lading; provide export / import assistances and support Sales on the MARS and customers follow up.
- Coordinate with SCL offices in PRC and Overseas to carry out SCL customer services issues in your territory.
- Provide preliminary input for export business for Safmarine in your area, including processing bookings, issue original B/Ls, update rating etc and Import shipments
- Assist sales to handle quotation when sales is not available.
- University degree or above
- One years experience within customer service. Preferred in shipping line and forwarding company.
- Good in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient user of common PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc
