Assistant Customer Engagement Manager/Customer Engagement Officer (Job ID: 2545)
Responsibilities
- To provide execution support for various customer portfolio growth as well as customer loyalty and retention programmes to improve portfolio revenue
- To support the development of customer contact plan and product cross-selling solutions to drive customer total relationship balance and revenue growth
- To organize and support customer events to deepen customer relationship
- To manage customer engagement profitability and overall customer engagement budget & expenses
- To follow up new business initiatives/enablers that helps ramping up customer engagement capabilities
- To ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
- To work with different stakeholders on marketing campaigns and system/process projects
- To provide various customer engagement related sales to branches
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in banking, with track record in customer portfolio actions, customer engagement and event management
- Familiar with retail banking products, systems and operations
- Knowledge in customer profitability dynamics
- Experience in end-to-end marketing programme execution is essential
- Creative, customer-centric, responsible and attentive to details
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
