Job Description
Qualification & Requirement:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Statistics, Accounting or relevant discipline.
- At least three years working experience in budgeting or accounting field, with E&M project cost control experience is an advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office operation especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
- Proactive, self-motivated, work independently and with good communication skills.
Duties:
- Assess and monitor the expenditure of E&M project.
- Handle budget setup and budget release application from project team.
- Analysis costing data and prepare cost control report to project the End-of-Site P&L.
- Prepare materials for presentation in Cost Control Meeting and minutes of meeting, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by superior.
- Required to station on site (Kowloon City).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm / Saturday: 9:00am to 12:00noon (Alternative Saturday off).
