Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide sound and practical advice to the business units in relation to the development of products offered under H&EB
  • Ensure the VHIS products meet the requirements issued by the FHB
  • Deal with the regulators or internal stakeholders for customer complaints
  • Handle the regulators' information request or enquiries
  • Participate at regulatory project and provide advisory from compliance perspective

Requirement

  • University graduate
  • 4-6 years experience in insurance industry, preferably insurance compliance related to product review, complaint handling and dealings with the regulators
  • Sound knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes and regulatory requirements
  • Strong training skills
  • Has confidence and maturity to communicate and deal with the business and regulators
  • Good management skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent results
  • Self-starter
