Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Provide sound and practical advice to the business units in relation to the development of products offered under H&EB
- Ensure the VHIS products meet the requirements issued by the FHB
- Deal with the regulators or internal stakeholders for customer complaints
- Handle the regulators' information request or enquiries
- Participate at regulatory project and provide advisory from compliance perspective
Requirement
- University graduate
- 4-6 years experience in insurance industry, preferably insurance compliance related to product review, complaint handling and dealings with the regulators
- Sound knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong training skills
- Has confidence and maturity to communicate and deal with the business and regulators
- Good management skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent results
- Self-starter
