Assistant Collections Officer
Principal responsibilities
Prepare statistical reports for management review
Assist in compiling MIS reports and performing User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and development
Perform database enhancement and development
Provide administrative support to debt collection operations
Qualifications
Requirements
University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
With banking experience, preferably with exposure to credit control and debt collection operations
Knowledge of relevant credit systems of personal finance such Credit Bureau System, Credit Decision System etc an advantage
Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
Good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
Good knowledge of application software (Skills in SAS, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access)
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
