·        Assist the Cluster Chief Engineer in every aspect of the operation as requested.

·        Substitute for the Cluster Chief Engineer in all matters in any absence from duty.

·        Supervise technicians and contractors under his responsibility for performance, quality of work and attendance.

·        Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities for approval by the Cluster Chief Engineer.

·        Perform at least once during his duty a routine inspection of all engineering operational areas (plant rooms) and report any equipment malfunction to the Cluster Chief Engineer.

·         Supervise all hazardous work and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed.

·        Monitor the implementation of all energy saving procedures and report any irregularities and noncompliance to the Cluster Chief Engineer.

·        Prepare monthly utility consumption reports and keep constant monitor on utility consumption.

·        Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering

·        3-5 years in industry experience in a similar role

·        Experience in similar size/style of hotel 4*, 5* resort/business

·        Must be able to read Engineering drawings and technical literature.

·        Good command of written and spoken English

·        Ability to find fault and rectify subsystems are essentials.
