Assistant Cards Operations Manager (Cards Operations Section) (Job ID: 2694)

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for fulfilling card & merchant dispute operations.
• To assist in supervising and monitoring the dispute handling procedures in compliance with the card association rules & regulations and to cope with the internal policy.
• To verify all retrieval and chargeback requests and follow up documents with customers.
• To conduct follow up call to customers on resolving their dispute requests.
• To handle customer enquiries and complaints relating to card disputes.

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' working experience in credit card dispute operations, preferably gained from the banking industry.
• Practical experience in credit card dispute handling.
• Sound knowledge of card associations chargeback rules and regulations an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone communication and problem solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, independent, self- motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency an advantage.
