• To drive change initiatives and business re-engineering to deliver key initiatives and following up related counterparties to improve customer experience and improve operational efficiency and business capability.
• To assist managing CMB’s product portfolio, product governance and core loan products.
• To support for managing CMB's credit portfolio and regularly reviewing credit policies by working with Wholesale Credit.
• To collect market intelligence, draft survey report, and support to analyze new CMB outlet expansion plan.
• To work with HASE CMB to support cross-border connectivity.
• To follow up implementation plan to materialize agreed business strategies.

任职要求：

• Over 5 years of commercial banking knowledge and familiar with commercial banking operations

• Good analysis & communication skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English/Mandarin.
