Job Description

Job Accountabilities:


1.Provide assistance and support to the members of his/her sales team, guide team members by answering routine questions.

2.According to sales headquarters requirements and guidance to complete the layout of the region's markets division, personnel distribution, dealer layout.

3.Provide effective assistance to the needs of our customers, and through communication to achieve the purpose of sale.

4.Well maintained the old customer relationships, and constantly develop new customer groups.

5.Carry out the work in strict accordance with standard sales recorded on the sales process, analyze, follow-up management.

6.Develop the sales and cost estimates; Responsible for the cost of branch audits to ensure that to achieve the company's financial goals; involved in developing the company's overall sales strategy to ensure the implementation in order to achieve the expected results

7.Develop new business and act as a primary point of liaison with the client on all business related matters pertaining to overall business process and implementation to attain the business sustainability.

8.Ensure the operational efficiency is aligned with the clients operating standard to achieve their expectation.

9.Supervise and coach the subordinates to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standard.


Experience and Qualifications:


1.Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures

2.Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

3.University graduated or above

4.Minimum 4 years sales experience in foreign freight company, among which minimum 2 years management experience in Sales/Key Account
