ONE YEAR CONTRACT 

Job Description and Requirements:

• Assist to manage and supervise the progress and quality in checking of Minor Repairs, Routine Cleaning Works and Building Safety Inspections;
• Performing the office check and site check of Minor Repairs, Routine Cleaning Works and Building Safety Inspections;   
• To prepare the site check report with comment for the Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveying);
• Relevant experience in building construction, inspection, defect diagnosis, condition survey, maintenance and repair will be an advantage;  
• Possess a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Building Surveying or Building Studies or Building Technology/ Higher Certificate in Building Studies;
• Willing to learn with positive thinking;
• Well-organize;
• Short period of available will be an advantage.
