•  Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• at least 3 years' site experience on Building Services inspection work;
• Good command of spoken and written English, have attained the language proficiency requirements of ‘level 2’ / Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE / HKCEE;
• Good communication skills;
• 1 year contract employment
• Immediate available is preferred.
