Responsibilities

• Holder of a Diploma or Higher Certificate of a polytechnic or equivalent technical institute in Hong Kong in building studies or equivalent;
• At least three (3) years’ post-qualification experience in building maintenance; and
• Preferable with sound tunnel working experiences in MOM Contract.

Requirements

• Responsible for all the building maintenance work and soft landscaping;
• To assist in reviewing and solving technical problems encountered;
• To ensure all works conforming to all statutory safety laws and regulations;
• To assist in the implementation and maintenance of the QMS, and assist and cooperate with external and quality audits; and
• To assist in the day-to-day monitoring and liaising with the authorised sub-contractors to ensure their works comply with the contractual requirements.

Working Location: Tai Wai (Tsing Sha Control Area)
