Job Description

Our client is a leading international Wine & Spirits company. They are now hiring an assistant brand manager to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team on strategic product introduction to create PR, drive brand equity and connection with the target market and target consumers

  • Support in development and execution of recruitment programmes to expand the consumer base and accelerate brand growth

  • Execution of key partnership and sponsorship programmes to connect with the prestige segment and enrich the consumer experience

  • Involved in the development and implementation brand media plan/ promotion plan, building PR and brand excitement through different communication platforms

  • Provision of social media contents to brand activation team to drive brand awareness and salience

  • Assist in annual brand planning process and calendar creation, building on consumer activations to deliver overall business objectives and brand visions

  • Provision of the pre-&post-promotion analysis and reviews on key marketing initiatives

  • Provision and maintenance of market data, research data, competition, intelligence and analyses for the team across the markets

  • Support on administrative marketing work, in addition to preparation of key materials on new products, new POS and brand assets update

  • Assist in the development of brand visibility and display materials for trade marketing

Requirement:

  • 5 years solid operational marketing experience preferably from FMCG industry
  • Strong commercial awareness, self-driven and able to demonstrate a track record of programme running both in field and amongst consumers
  • Well-organised, detail-minded and able to work with multi-tasks.
  • Proactive, good team player and independent with strong dedication to result.
  • Good communication skills and with knack and tact to deal with external parties
  • Be responsible for quality of brand results, promotion activities & training / PR initiatives in the territory to the manager in charge
