Responsibilities:
1. Ensure quality delivery of agreed plan or projects; analyze brand performance to unveil the real business drivers to support brand objectives achievement
2. Manage supplier agencies to flowless execute BTL plans by controlling timelines, execution quality and maximizing effect of the spending while achieving brand objectives; Write assessment after each event with guidance
3. Interact with appropriate sales management/TMKT to ensure execution of key programs and consistency with brand strategic guidelines
4. Support NPD projects by managing timeline, coordination project team meeting and aligned action follow up; product launch forecast/commercialization; post launch tracking and evaluation with guidance
5. Work with TMKT to develop and implement relevant in-store displays, merchandising disciplines, etc. to maximize availability and presence
6. Collect and trim internal and external data per business issues; Analyze brand performance with initial conclusion
7. Seek different and innovative approaches to improve the execution efficiency
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 2 years working experience in MKT function with demonstrable performance
3. Fluent in oral and written English
4. Good analytical skills and logical thinking
5. Excellent communication with day-to-day contacting internal and external building partnership for effective working relations
6. Able to work effectively in a team and demonstrate behavior of teamwork
7. Attention to details
8. Be proactive and be able to work under pressure
