Responsibilities:

General Ledgers

• Responsible for handling of yearly Financial statutory audit and preparation required Financial reports to be dealing with External auditors and also required to deal with Internal auditors by regular base;
• Preparation of Monthly GL journals with keeping proper Accounting records for inspection
• Duties to prepare the official weekly and monthly Financial reports to Head quarters on timely base
• Responsible for handling and submission of additional ad hoc reports from local and HQ managements when necessary

Banking

• Daily monitoring of bank balances and cash flow condition and preparation of monthly cash flow report
• Responsible for handling banking matters e.g. bank loans and Bank Guarantees certificates

Accounts receivable

• Daily Monitor of payment statuses of our Accounts receivable and sending alerts to Head quarter for majority overdue customers and co-loaders

Daily Management

• Assisting the department head in taking the daily management and leading roles to help the sub-divisional teams in performing their accounting jobs smoothly
• Problems solving technique is required to help all staff of Accounting department
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor / Master degree major in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 8 years working experience in Accounting field also with the role of leading and give advice to other Accounting staff to perform their daily work
• Experience in Freight Forwarding Industries preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, and good communication skills in written English and Chinese
• Team player with good communication & organization skills
