Responsibilities:

Handle full-set of company accounts:

• Retail transactions/ payments/ petty cash
• Prepare receipt & payment vouchers and filing
• Inter-companies and bank reconciliation
• Payroll and MPF submission
• Check and verify the staff claim’s reimbursement
• Fixed Assets Register
• Check and ensure inventory balances and costs are accurate
• Assist Accounting Supervisor to complete month end closing report
• Assist in preparing audit works
• Provide administrative support if needed
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting/Finance
• 5 years or above of accounting experience, preferable from the Retail industry
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize task, passionate, work independent and as a good team player
• Immediate available candidates highly preferred
