Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare investment accounting report, analyse investment results timely and accurately and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirement
- Follow up with fund house if there is any discrepancy between orders and confirmation and any settlement issues
- Deal with auditor to ensure no major issue in the year end audit
- Support the current operational process within the team during this migration and transitional period such as placing orders with fund houses, calculating fund prices, performing settlement and month end closing.
- Collect the information required for the data master creation in the system
- Perform the UAT testing with the teams
- Follow up the UAT and migration issue
Job Requirements
- University graduate or above in Accounting or related discipline
- 2- 3 years solid accounting experience in accounting preferably in Life Insurance Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Team player with strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Attentive to details, strong analytical and good presentation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
