Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare investment accounting report, analyse investment results timely and accurately and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirement
  • Follow up with fund house if there is any discrepancy between orders and confirmation and any settlement issues
  • Deal with auditor to ensure no major issue in the year end audit
  • Support the current operational process within the team during this migration and transitional period such as placing orders with fund houses, calculating fund prices, performing settlement and month end closing.
  • Collect the information required for the data master creation in the system
  • Perform the UAT testing with the teams
  • Follow up the UAT and migration issue

Job Requirements

  • University graduate or above in Accounting or related discipline
  • 2- 3 years solid accounting experience in accounting preferably in Life Insurance Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Team player with strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Attentive to details, strong analytical and good presentation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
