Job Responsibilities:-
(a) Responsible for AR/treasury functions;
(b) Prepare invoice, account statement and supporting documents and deliver to customer in an efficient and timely way;
(c) Keep constant communication with internal and external parties regarding invoice queries and disputes with their accounts;
(d) Provide support on accounting matters and assist in month-end closing;
(e) Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned; and
(f) Report to Accountant.
Job Requirements:-
(a) Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Accounting;
(b) At least 3 years’ accounting experience;
(c) Proficient in PC applications including MS office;
(d) Experience in using SAP SM will be an added advantage;
(e) Immediate available would be highly preferred;
(f) Good command of English;
(g) Strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels;
(h) Self-motivated, responsible and detail oriented, able to meet tight deadlines; and
(i) Working location in Chek Lap Kok, Lantau.
